General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application (B2B & B2C)
These GTC apply to all business relationships between Lazy Reaper GmbH and our customers. We distinguish between consumers (end customers / B2C) and entrepreneurs (business customers / B2B). Special regulations apply to business customers (B2B), in particular the exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal and limited warranty periods in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB).
2. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices stated on this website are exclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and exclusive of shipping costs. As our products are heavy goods, the final shipping and freight costs will be calculated individually based on the delivery location and transparently stated during the quoting or invoicing process.
3. Data Sharing & Credit Check
To safeguard our legitimate interests, we reserve the right to carry out a credit check if there is a justified reason (e.g., purchase on account or installments). For this purpose, we forward the personal data required for a credit check to credit reference agencies or debt collection companies. This is done strictly in compliance with the GDPR.
4. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the competent court for our registered office (Regional Court Klagenfurt / District Court Villach, Austria). Austrian law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this place of jurisdiction only applies insofar as mandatory statutory provisions of the consumer's state of residence do not dictate otherwise.
5. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.
Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003).
Contacting Us
If you contact us via the website form or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry. We will not share this data without your consent.
Google Analytics (GA4)
If you have given your consent in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics. Google uses cookies to process information such as your IP address. We have activated IP anonymization. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
To make our digital processes agile, we partially use AI-supported tools to create website code and content. All generated content is strictly human-reviewed. The legal and content-related responsibility lies entirely with Lazy Reaper GmbH.
Cancellation Policy & Returns
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right, you must inform us (Lazy Reaper GmbH, Karawankenweg 36, 9500 Villach, Austria, E-Mail: office@lazyreaperbrewing.com) by means of a clear statement.
Special B2B Regulation (Entrepreneurs)
If the order of our commercial fermenters is a business-to-business (B2B) transaction, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is excluded.
